NoWonder is a CRM for real estate agents and other businesses that keep in touch with people. This page says what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and how to have it removed. Questions: jonathan.d.diaso@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; we never see your password.
- What you put in: the people in your contacts, notes, messages, deals, appointments and to-dos, and recordings of your voice if you use the voice features.
- From people who reach you through NoWonder: when someone books a time, signs in at an open house or writes on your website chat, the name, phone number, email and message they give, and a record of what they agreed to (the words they saw, the page and the time).
- Basic technical details: the browser and device you use, and a scrambled form of the internet address used when someone agrees to be contacted.
If you connect Google or Microsoft
Connecting is optional, and you choose what to turn on in Settings → Calendars and email.
- Calendar: we read and write events on your calendar so your NoWonder appointments and your calendar stay the same, and so booking pages don't offer times you're busy.
- Email: we look at recent messages in your mailbox and keep only two kinds: messages to or from people already in your NoWonder contacts, and new-lead notices from lead sources such as Zillow, Realtor.com, REDX, Redfin, Homes.com and website forms. Everything else is passed over and not stored. When you send an email from NoWonder, it goes from your own account.
- Your connection is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, and we stop using it immediately.
Google user data
NoWonder's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you see in NoWonder. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and no person at NoWonder reads it unless you ask us to, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.
How we use it
Only to run NoWonder for you: showing your people and conversations, sorting who needs you first, filling in drafts, sending what you approve, and keeping the service secure. We don't sell personal information and we don't show ads.
AI features
Some features, such as drafting a reply or filling in a new contact from a note, send only the text that feature needs to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, through Vercel's AI Gateway) and show you the result. Under their terms for business customers, they don't use it to train their models. AI suggestions can be wrong; nothing they write is sent without your OK.
Who helps us run NoWonder
These companies process data for us, only to provide the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Clerk (sign-in), Anthropic and OpenAI through Vercel's AI Gateway (AI features), ElevenLabs (voice features), fal (image features), and Google or Microsoft when you connect them. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and permission to text are never shared with or sold to anyone for their own marketing.
Keeping it safe
Each business's data is walled off from every other business's in the database itself, connections to Google and Microsoft are encrypted, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
Removing your data
Disconnect Google or Microsoft in Settings at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email jonathan.d.diaso@gmail.com from your account's address; we delete it within 30 days, and from backups when they expire. People in an agent's contacts can ask that agent, or us, to remove them.
Children
NoWonder is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account owners before it takes effect. See also the terms.
