Terms
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NoWonder for using the service. By creating an account or using NoWonder, you agree to them. Questions: jonathan.d.diaso@gmail.com.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and turn on two-step sign-in. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the teammates you invite. You must be 18 or older and using NoWonder for a business.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in NoWonder. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy page describes. You can take it out with Export at any time.
Messaging people
You're responsible for having permission to call, text and email the people you contact through NoWonder, and for following the laws that apply, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM. Honor every request to stop; NoWonder records them and won't text someone who said stop.
Fair use
Don't use NoWonder to send spam, to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get into data that isn't yours. Don't try to break, overload or copy the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
Other services
When you connect Google, Microsoft, your MLS or another service, their own terms apply to that service too. We aren't responsible for changes or outages on their side.
AI features
Drafts, summaries and suggestions are written by AI and can be wrong. Read them before you use them; nothing is sent without your OK.
Paying
If your plan has a price, it's shown before you pay, renews until you cancel, and can be cancelled any time from your account. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price changes.
Changes and ending
We improve NoWonder all the time, and will tell you before we change these terms in a way that matters. You can stop using NoWonder whenever you like. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep NoWonder running and correct, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, NoWonder isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
